Where and how do you ship?
We ship worldwide via FedEx Economy. Shipping rates do not include custom duties, taxes or import fees. To request faster shipping time for an added fee, let us know in Order Notes or contact us directly at core@syzmicstudio.com.
Every order will have a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your parcel as it makes it way to you.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout, as it depends on the item.
When will I get my order?
New orders are processed within 4-6 business days. In-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order or customized orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, orders take 4-7 business days to reach you.

Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the website where you can track your parcel's movements.

Can I cancel or change my order?
To change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after the purchase was made. You can change the item or details like shipping address, contact number, etc. We do not accept changes or cancellations after 24 hours or once the order has been shipped.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
If you're not entirely satisfied, items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You can request a product exchange, store credit or refund.
All returns must be in new, unused and original condition and include the original hang tags and packaging. Any item that has been modified or altered in any way other than its original form is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What can I not return?
Customized, made-to-order or items on sale cannot be returned.

Items purchased anywhere other than syzmicstudio.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.

How do I return an order?
To start a return, kindly email us your request within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we've emailed you a refund confirmation, kindly return the item within 7 days of refund confirmation. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not refund return shipping charges.

Once we receive the item, we'll take 7 business days to process your return.
In your request email, please state which of the following you would like:
1) Exchange
Exchange it for another item of the same style, in the event you received a faulty or wrong product.
2) Store Credit
Get credit to purchase other items in our store. You'll be emailed store credit in the form of a gift card (valid for 1 month) for the value of the item(s) returned. This credit can only be used at syzmicstudio.com. Any balance can still be used in future purchases and will remain in your card for up to 1 month, after which it will be expired.
3) Refund
Receive a refund to the original payment method. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at core@syzmicstudio.com.
I received the wrong product. What do I do?
If you received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at core@syzmicstudio.com within a maximum period of 14 days and we'll make it right.
How do I use Store Credit?
Once we receive your return(s), we'll take 7 business days to process. You'll then be emailed store credit in the form of a gift card in the value of the item(s) returned. This credit can only be used at syzmicstudio.com and is valid for 1 month from the date it is issued. Once you have made a purchase with this card, any balance can still be used in future purchases and will remain in your card for up to 1 month, after which it will be expired.

How do I receive a refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method that was used to make the purchase. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. What payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments securely on our site with Paypal or any major credit or debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Cartes Bancaires.
Your payment info is kept secure and safe. Shopify Payments is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkouts.
You can also use Shop Pay which is an accelerated checkout that lets you save your email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information. This can save you time when you check out, especially if you've already opted in to Shop Pay on any other Shopify store.
