If you're not entirely satisfied, items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You can request a product exchange, store credit or refund.
Start a return
To start a return, kindly email us your request within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we've emailed you a refund confirmation, kindly return the item within 7 days of refund confirmation. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not refund return shipping charges.
All returns must be in new, unused and original condition and include the original hang tags and packaging. Any item that has been modified or altered in any way other than its original form is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Once we receive the item, we'll take 7 business days to process your return.
In your request email, please state which of the following you would like:
Exchange it for another item of the same style, in the event you received a faulty or wrong product.
2) Store Credit
Get credit to purchase other items in our store. You'll be emailed store credit in the form of a gift card (valid for 1 month) for the value of the item(s) returned. This credit can only be used at syzmicstudio.com. Any balance can still be used in future purchases and will remain in your card for up to 1 month, after which it will be expired.
Receive a refund to the original payment method. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized, made-to-order or items on sale cannot be returned. Any item that has been modified, altered or changed in any way other than its original form is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items purchased anywhere other than syzmicstudio.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
